Introspective, experimental and analytical methods were employed for corpus collection from Warri, Sapele and Port-Harcourt.Data was also collected from First Language speakers of Nigerian Pidgin and printed sources. The study clearly demonstrates that Nigerian Pidgin is a full-fledged language with all features of a natural language whose structure is amenable to theoretical and conceptual analysis.
